I could not find what I was looking for - will you be expanding your range?

 

Yes - New products are being added on a daily basis.  However, if you care to email us the details of what you are looking for then we will try and source it for you, and may well add it to our product range permanently.


 

I have a product that you stock / don’t stock and it is cheaper elsewhere, can you match it?

Quite possibly.  Email us the link / details of where you normally purchase this item, and we will do our utmost to source and deliver to you with the same service and price as your current supplier, unless we can do it even cheaper of course!

 

 

How long will my order take?

You will receive an email acknowledgment straight away, and our despatch department will normally re-act within 12 hours of your order being placed.  Please allow a total of 3 to 5 days to receive your order.  Please appreciate that very heavy items may need a slightly longer delivery time.  If there is any delay with your order being despatched then we will advise you of this.  If you have not received your order within 7 days then please email us (by clicking the "contact us" link) with your order number, or alternatively you may telephone us on 0845 121 3343

 

 

I am purchasing an item for someone else, can you help me ensure i get the right product?

Certainly, we have experts on hand in each of our departments to make sure you only purchase the best gift for your lucky friend/family member.  Please contact us and we will be happy to advise.

 

 

Am I safe to order from Reactionsport.com?

 

You are totally safe - your payment will be transacted via the PayPal payment system used by tens of thousands of businesses.  You are safeguarded by their very strict rules, but don't worry, will will not give you any cause for concern.

 

 

I want to return an item, what should I do?

Please contact us before returning any item to obtain a  Returns Number.  Reactionsport.com will advise on the method of return.  Items damaged or faulty within the guarantee period will be exchanged by Reactionsport.com.

 

 

Items returned at Customers request are at the Customers expense and will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.  The cost of transit back to Reactionsport.com will be at the customers expense.

If goods were originally sent out on “free delivery” and are then subsequently returned for credit, the cost of that outward “free” carriage may be deducted from any credit that is due.  Any other shipping costs are not refunded as part of a return.

 

 

Books - books cannot be returned unless damaged.  Videos & DVD’s - Due to the ease of copying this form of material we cannot offer an exchange or refund on Videos/DVDs - unless damaged.  If damaged, they will be replaced with the same title free of charge.
