Stackable nest of four plyo boxes. Excellent for improving sprinting, jumping and explosive power. These plyo boxes are made with tubular steel and fully welded frames featuring non-slip rubber platform mats to minimise the risk of accidents and unwanted injuries.
These plyo boxes were designed to resist years of heavy training by athletes of all levels.
They are suited to a wide variety of training needs, and equally suitable for home use as well as Professional Gyms, Athletic Clubs, Football and Rugby Clubs, and Schools.
