This is the first of five levels of lai-do. Mastering this level could qualify
to earn beginning rank in lai-do. Also great practice in footwork and multidirectional moves.
Vol.3 Chu-Den
Practice with the bokken is covered on this section. This partner practice is the second set of a total of seven. Practice for both sides, aggressor
and receiver.
Vol.4 Oku-Den
This is the third level (last set of self-practice forms) Oku-den.
There are 2 parts, lai-hiza(sitting with sword in belt) and standing up.
