Payment Methods - Online Ordering - Full Payment must be made by a valid Credit/Debit Card.  Registration ensures that these details are correct. Goods will be sent once a valid payment method can be assured.
Mail Order - Full payment should be sent with order unless you have an approved Credit Account or an Official Order has been accepted. Payment can be made by Cheque, Credit/Debit Card, Postal Order, Cash or BACS.  Cheques should be drawn on a UK bank in sterling and made payable to Reactionsport.com.  Should a cheque be represented or returned by the Bank, all charges incurred on the Customer will be payable by the Customer.

Delivery Options - Orders received by 10am will be despatched the same day - stock permitting - via a 2-4 working day service to a mainland UK address (allow 3/5 days to highlands/islands etc).  Out of stock items will be despatched asap.
Next day delivery is available - please enquire (extra cost will be incurred).  These are not guaranteed services and claims will not be entertained for late deliveries.  Export deliveries can be made by Sea/Road/Air - please enquire.
Orders received by 10am will be despatched the same day via a 2-4 working day service to a UK Mainland address (allow 3/5 days for all other locations). Specifying a location to leave your parcel if you are not in is done so at your own risk.
Delivery charges only apply to orders despatched to UK Mainland addresses. All delivery addresses outside of UK Mainland will be subject to further delivery charges and options. You will be contacted in this instance.

Guarantee -Items are covered by Manufactures Guarantees which does not cover misuse.

Out of stock Items - Out of stock items will be despatched when available.

Returns Policy - Please contact Reactionsport.com before returning any item to obtain a Returns Number.  Reactionsport.com will advise on the method of return.  Items damaged or faulty within the guarantee period will be exchanged by Reactionsport.com.  Items returned at Customers request are at the Customers expense and will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.  The cost of transit back to Reactionsport.com will be at the customers expense.
If goods were originally sent out on “free delivery” and are then subsequently returned for credit, the cost of that outward “free” carriage may be deducted from any credit that is due.  Any other shipping costs are not refunded as part of a return.
Books - books cannot be returned unless damaged.  Videos & DVD’s - Due to the ease of copying this form of material we cannot offer an exchange or refund on Videos/DVDs - unless damaged.  If damaged, they will be replaced with the same title free of charge.

Price Policy - A current price list is enclosed with every catalogue and we will endeavour to honour these as long as possible.
Prices on the website are current and will match the current price list.  The price prevailing on the date the order is received will be classed as the current price.  E&OE.

Ownership of goods - All goods delivered by Reactionsport.com will remain Reactionsport.com’s property until all debts owed to Reactionsport.com by the buyer, including any balances existing, are settled in full.
Reactionsport.com reserves the right to alter or amend product specifications, prices or terms without prior notice.
