Groin Guard 

Step in to these and pull up around the waist (2 supporting straps on the buttocks). 

The outer cover can be washed (remove plastic cup from inside), Recommended 30
degree wash cycle and wash separately.

Shin Pads

These can be machine washed. Recommended wash on a 30 degree cycle and wash separately

Foot Protectors

Please take note of the strap on the foot protectors before you use it for the first time. Ideally this should start on the OUTSIDE side of the foot.

This is how it should look when on your foot.

Place the foot inside, the foot protectors can be tight when first worn so this can be a little difficult on first try, the foot protector does bend to allow you to place your foot inside more easily (almost bending them in half makes it very simple).

Ensure toes are in the straps located on the underside (not all toes have to go in if you don’t want - it is usual to place the big toe in one strap and put either 3 or 4 of your toes in the other strap).

The top strap then needs to be pulled tightly across the instep from the outside of the foot to the inside.  …then underneath
the foot, back over the top of the foot (creating an X on the instep with the strap) and then velcro at the back.

Foot protectors can be tight until you are used to wearing them, we would suggest
wearing them around the house to soften them and make them more comfortable and easier to put on.

Our foot Protectors have a white space on the back to allow you to write yours/your
child’s name and we would highly recommend doing this so that it can be returned should it get mislaid.

We recommend cleaning the foot protectors with an antibacterial spray and a clean
damp cloth.

Head Guard

Head guards, are placed over the head with the logo facing to the front, the chin strap then needs to pulled across under the chin and fastened.

Our Head Guards have a white space on the back to allow you to write yours/your child’s name and we would highly recommend doing this so that it can be returned should it gets mislaid.

We recommend cleaning the Head Guard with an antibacterial spray and a clean damp cloth.

Gum Shield

Please ensure you mould your gum shield before first use, instructions on how to do
this are included in the box. (You may need to go through the moulding process multiple times - the gum shield should remain protecting the top teeth, whilst mouth fully open).

Points Gloves (for Taekwon-Do)

Hands are placed in to the glove with the finger and thumb tips inside the ‘pocket’. The wrist strap then goes around the wrist once and fastens to the velcro.

Our points gloves have a white space on them to allow you to write yours/your child’s name and we would highly recommend doing this so that it can be returned should it get mislaid.

cloth.

Boxing Gloves (For Kickboxing)

Hands are placed inside the glove and wrist straps then go around the wrist once and
fasten to the velcro.
